About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 Sales Director – Enterprise Solutions We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team and drive the sales of our Data Management, Front Office Portfolio Management Software and services. Based in London, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least 7 years of experience in selling software solutions and services. Additionally, a good understanding of capital market structures including public and private asset classes would be very beneficial in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth in the region for Enterprise Data Management and Thinkfolio solutions in financial services. Regular travel to London and client and prospect premises in France and across different locations, as required, to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our suite of solutions to potential clients. Strong domain knowledge of managed service solutions and deployment models. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client requirements, market trends, and competitive offerings. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both the client and the company. Achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, delivering sustainable revenue growth. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our loan management and administration software and services. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: Experience in dealing with customers and business partners. Fluency in English and (ideally) other European languages. Service oriented personality. Self-starter with energy and enthusiasm to achieve and exceed goals. Team player with ability to work independently. Flawless written and oral communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Management. Technical orientation. Experience with customer management systems (ideally SalesForce).
