This role emphasizes strategic sales leadership and business development, driving the subsidiarys growth, profitability, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Identify new markets, expand the product portfolio, and enhance existing customer relationships. Customer Acquisition & Retention : Lead efforts to acquire new customers while deepening relationships with existing clients. Create and execute sales plans that target high-potential markets and clients. Sales Leadership : Oversee and inspire the sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring optimal performance. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on delivering results. Sales Process Optimization : Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates. Implement metrics and reporting systems to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Strategic Leadership Vision & Strategy : Define and execute a business growth strategy aligned with company objectives. Set sales targets, business goals, and financial plans to ensure sustainable growth. Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in key markets, especially in niche sectors where the company has a competitive advantage. Operations Management Operational Efficiency : Oversee non-production operations such as logistics, warehouse management, and custom services. Ensure all processes are streamlined and cost-effective. Risk & Compliance : Ensure that operational processes comply with relevant regulations, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization. Financial Management P&L Oversight : Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Work closely with the ownership to report on financial results and propose actions to improve profitability. Your Profile: Sales Expertise : Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, with a focus on strategic sales execution. Financial Acumen : Strong financial expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and pricing models. Commercial Understanding : A background in industries related to printing inks, printing machines or consumables, with experience in customer-centric sales strategies. Intercultural Competence : Experience working in a European or international business environment.
