Our client is a boutique property company specialising in real estate investment and asset management. They are committed to creating innovative and sustainable workspaces, filled with happy tenants. 🌍

📍 Location: Old Street, London

⌚ Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm (Full-time, office-based)

💰 Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on qualifications and experience) 💼

🌟 The Role: Receptionist / Front of House 🌟

As a key member of our client's customer-focused team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our client's Old Street office. You'll work closely with the Property Management Team to deliver exceptional service to tenants. 🏢

🔑 Key Responsibilities 🔑

Greet visitors politely, announce their arrival, and provide visitor passes. Coordinate with contractors and ensure proper registration. Manage phone calls, emails, and maintain appointment calendar. Maintain a clean and tidy reception and communal areas. Order office supplies and stationery. Keep tenants updated on property matters and attend tenant meetings. Assist with emergency evacuations and attend community management events. Perform other duties assigned by the Building Manager.🌟 What We're Looking For 🌟

GCSE or equivalent qualification. Previous reception / customer service experience Previous experience in developing tenant relationships is a plus. Excellent people skills and positive attitude. Well-presented and self-motivated. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Strong communication and organisational skills.💼 Perks 💼
