THE ROLE
We are working with a London based studio who are looking for a creative and passionate Landscape Architect to join their team. If you love designing outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll get to work on a mix of exciting projects, from parks to waterfronts and urban spaces, all in a friendly and collaborative environment.
THE STUDIO
Established since 2010 this multidisciplinary studio focuses on creating outdoor spaces that connect people and nature. Their team of 18 specialise in landscape architecture, urban design, and ecological projects, their work spans waterfronts, parks, urban masterplans, and residential developments. They work closely with clients, architects, and communities to create spaces that are both inviting and functional. Whether transforming city spaces or designing peaceful parks, their passion is creating environments that leave a lasting, positive impression.
Their office is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get to from anywhere in the city. It’s just a short walk from Old Street Station, which serves the Northern Line and National Rail services. Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations are also nearby, providing access to the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Overground lines. The office is in a vibrant area with plenty of bus routes, and cycling is also a popular option with bike racks available nearby.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, with a good mix of design and technical skills. Experience in creating detailed plans, site analysis, and working on a range of projects is key. They’re looking for someone who can think creatively while also considering sustainability and practical solutions. A solid understanding of UK planning policies, experience with software like AutoCAD, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills are also important. Most of all, they’re looking for someone enthusiastic and ready to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
