We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hard Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and installing durable outdoor structures and features that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of landscapes. This includes working with a variety of materials such as stone, brick, wood, concrete, and metal to construct patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, outdoor kitchens, and other hardscape elements.
Requirements
Proven experience in hard landscaping or a related field (e.g., masonry, stonework, carpentry).
Strong knowledge of hardscaping materials such as pavers, concrete, stone, brick, and wood.
Experience in operating heavy machinery and power tools (e.g., excavators, skid-steers, saws, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
A valid driver's license (required in most cases).
