The Role As a Project Architect, you’ll take the lead on this transformative science building project, working across either shell and core design or internal fit-out phases. You’ll guide the team through all project stages, ensuring the delivery of a functional and visually inspiring space that meets client and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and coordination of the £50M science building project Oversee project stages, from concept through to completion. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results. Manage and mentor junior team members. Ensure compliance with technical standards, including UK Building Regulations. Leverage advanced Revit skills to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs. About You Proven experience delivering new-build or fit-out projects in the science or higher education sectors. Proficient in ArchiCAD advantageous, although training is provided Strong understanding of technical requirements, including lab or specialist research facilities.
