More information can be found at: www.lighthousegreenfuels.co.uk We're currently seeking an experienced individual to join us a staff basis as Project Manager - Feedstock Processing Facilities. This is a key role for us as we expand the scope of the project and will be responsible for leading the development of our feedstock facilities which are essential for the main SAF plant to function. Responsibilities Leadership and Management of the work to develop the Feedstock Processing Facilities (FPF’s) required to supply the Lighthouse Green Fuels (LGF) Sustainable aviation Fuel (SAF) plant with feedstock. Manages the engineering development through Feasibility Study (FEL2) and FEED (FEL3) stages. Overall Management of the FPF Engineering Contractor(s) and 3rd party consultants Manages decision making processes and maintains an engineering decision register. Manages the delivery of engineering required to support the Planning, Environmental Permitting and other authority engineering processes. Manages the delivery of the engineering required to support the development of the FPFs located across the UK. Tendering, selection, award and management of Engineering Contractors Manages engineering contracts to ensure they are delivered on schedule and budget Manages changes and claims to minimize the impact on the FEED costs and schedule. Reviews Contractor and Licensor invoices to ensure they accurately represent the work completed and are in accordance with the contact. Produces internal progress reports to inform alfanar management. Produces accurate cost forecasts Who we're seeking 15+ years experience in a project or engineering management role working on large scale energy or petrochemical projects in the UK Experience in delivering green and brown field development projects in the UK at all stages from FEED, detailed engineering and design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Experience of mechanical handling, sorting and processing systems for solid feedstocks (i.e. waste and biomass). Background in biomass processing or biomass power generation a strong advantage. Experience of road and rail infrastructure development an advantage Planning and Permitting experience. Client side and Contractor experience.. Degree qualified (Bachelors in Engineering (BEng) or Masters in Engineering (MEng)) Chartered Engineer
