Role Overview We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers via phone and email. It is essential for ensuring contract renewals are successfully secured and for driving new business opportunities within Kingspan. About Kingspan Light, Air + Water Kingspan Light, Air + Water is a division of Kingspan Group operating in 20 countries across the globe. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Resolve customer issues efficiently, within agreed timelines, and provide accurate quotes. Schedule site visits and manage part orders and deliveries. Ensure precise order processing, including handling credit card transactions. Meet sales KPIs set by the Service Manager. Identify and develop new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline. Record and track sales progress. Expand knowledge of Kingspans products and services to better meet customer needs. Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers. Essential Qualifications and Skills GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. Strong phone communication skills and professional etiquette. Excellent data entry abilities. Proven experience in customer service, especially managing calls and queries. A proactive sales mindset with the ability to meet sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
