About the Role This role sits within our Service business and focuses onaccount management with a key emphasis on the commissioning side of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery of commissioning services, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive relationship management, strategic planning, and coordination with internal departments to provide exceptional service and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the commissioning process, coordinating schedules, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely project delivery. Identify opportunities to upsell commissioning services, maintenance plans, and related solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. Work proactively to understand customers commissioning requirements, ensuring clear communication of project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Ensure that high standards of record keeping, and administration are maintained at all times# Liaise with other departments such as the Account Management teams, credit control or other sales operations as required. Work towards monthly targets for account growth, service revenue, and customer retention. What we are looking for Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and phone skills with a focus on relationship-building. Ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively pursue new opportunities. Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. A strong customer focus with a passion for delivering an exceptional service experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office Five GCSE passes (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
