This is a flexible role, based in Kings Cross, London, with travel across the UK for site visits, planning committee meetings, and planning consultation events as required. Key Responsibilities: Play a central role in planning processes, working on projects including Solar, Battery Storage, EV, Hydrogen, and land development initiatives. Evaluate land opportunities from a planning perspective, assessing risks, and providing mitigative recommendations. Undertake site appraisals and feasibility studies, advising on cost vs. benefit recommendations. Support project planning deadlines in collaboration with the wider development team.
