Highly social, interactive and puts culture first Innovative, ethical and agile company which has grown quickly to become an industry leader despite challenging market conditions Operates as a B-Corp and has a great place to work accreditation Great opportunity to join the team as a Delivery & Logistics Manager within the Merchandising & Supply Chain team in a forward thinking business The role: Develop and maintain strong customer, supplier and warehouse relationships Oversee all logistical processes including overseas factories, warehouses and retailer operations Be the key point of escalation when retailer delivery issues arise, manage all routes to market and streamline supply chain processes for the business Assess all rate cards on 3PLs and carriers on an annual basis Manage supply chain efficiencies, ensuring sustainable practices are adhered to and environmental impact of all products is minimised in an eco-conscious business Work closely with internal merchandising, product development and supply chain teams Review and manage all transport options to improve efficiencies Take the lead, anticipate issues and oversea all delivering, shipping and other supply chain processes Ideal candidate: Experience operating in a delivering, supply chain or merchandising function with transferable skills. For example you may currently be a logistics, supply chain or delivery manager and open to a new challenge Ideally you will have operated in an FMCG supplier business. You may also have worked for a logistics company with similar processes involved Have an understanding of 3PLs, FOB. Dealing with and managing overseas suppliers Experience of UK retailers, ideally within grocery would be highly beneficial Experience of using an ERP system Will need to be collaborative, organised and diligent in managing supply chain processes Creative, organised and personable individual Benefits & details: Office based role, with 1-day WFH; Central London office well connected to underground & train network.
