Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and motivated Fabric/Insulation Measure Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing insulation installation projects, including External Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, and Under Floor Insulation. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for improving energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful delivery of insulation installations. Team Coordination: Collaborate with surveyors, installation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Compliance Management: Ensure all projects meet relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and performance reports. Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges during the project lifecycle and implement effective solutions. Supplier and Contractor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Quality Assurance: Monitor project outcomes to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of developments in insulation technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the insulation, construction, or energy efficiency sectors. Knowledge of insulation measures (e.g., external wall, internal wall, loft, cavity wall, and underfloor insulation). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Desirable: Knowledge of PAS 2035 processes and retrofit coordination.
