They are seeking a Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering best in class cost consultancy services, collaborating closely with project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective cost management and financial guidance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of iconic and sustainable construction projects that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the built environment.

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; RICS accreditation is essential.

Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a cost management role, ideally within a consultancy or main contractor setting.

Focused on both refurbishment and new-build projects.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in cost management tools and high-level expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

Meticulous in contract management, payment processing, and preparation of final accounts, with a keen ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
