Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) Manager | Permanent | Newport | up to £65,000 Experienced managing environment, health, safety and quality on site? PT Renewables is partnered with an International Engineering and Power Generation company looking for an EHSQ Manager to lead the cross all elements a their South-Wales site. The role You'll the go-to person for EHSQ compliance, helping maintain high standards and ensure a safe, sustainable, and productive workplace. You’ll manage risk reduction programs, audit environmental factors, and report directly to the Plant Manager - all while promoting a positive safety culture. Your day-to-day Implement EHSQ policies that drive compliance and improvement Act as the Environmental Management Representative for the site Lead safety committees and conduct daily audits to ensure safe, compliant operations Deliver monthly reports to management and engage with stakeholders on EHSQ matters About you Experience in safety, environmental compliance, and ideally, power plant operations or other engineering industry NEBOSH, IOSH, or IEMA qualifications preferred Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and safety regulations A people person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Salary up to £65,000 Annual bonus (up to 10%) 10% company pension contribution Healthcare, discounts and more.
