About the Role This is a senior-level position that encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including architectural design, team leadership, and business development. As a Senior Associate/Project Director, you will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. You will be instrumental in developing design solutions, managing commercial risks, and ensuring quality control across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of architects, defining team structure, and ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities. About You The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design and project management, with a deep understanding of construction and building legislation. You should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams and projects successfully. Proficiency in relevant software and management tools is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain a network of relationships that can generate new business opportunities. Registration with the Architects Registration Board is required for this role. Your ability to lead a team while driving commercial success will be critical to your success in this position.
