We are recruiting a Project Manager to oversee a major Healthcare project introducing a state-of-the-art District Heating scheme. Acting as Principal Contractor, the role involves managing the installation of Mechanical & HVAC into a new building which will house a series of Sub-Stations, Chillers, HIUs, Pumps, and Air Movement systems. This encompasses both new designs and retrofit work. This company places a strong emphasis on ensuring its Project Team consistently adheres to in-house Design Quality Assurance standards and CDM regulations. Their Project Managers are expected to demonstrate commercial acumen throughout the project lifecycle and maintain a client-facing presence to ensure exceptional delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with mechanical / HVAC expertise, particularly in managing the installation of Plant Rooms, Substations, or Large Boiler Houses.
