Principal Marine Consultant - EIA & Consents Apply locations: Full time ERM, the world's largest pure-play sustainability consultancy, is looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Principal Marine Consultant – Consenting to join our Marine Renewables and Infrastructure team. however, for the right candidate, we can consider hybrid working with some travel from any of our 16 UK offices. Your key focus will be the provision of consenting, permitting, and general EIA support to our existing and future client base; key sectors include Offshore Wind and Subsea Cables. The role will include a high level of project management and coordination with technically-focused employees in the Marine Renewables & Infrastructure Team to deliver reports and studies to clients. The role requires detailed interaction with key clients on all aspects of project delivery including technical outputs, programme, risk, and budget. In addition, management of external subcontractors and associates contributing to Marine project delivery is an integral element of the position. You’ll have overall responsibility for leading and managing projects, ensuring that they are of high quality and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Detailed knowledge of the EIA and consenting process for at least one major marine development sector in the UK, i.e., offshore renewables; subsea cables; marine minerals Demonstrable Project Management skills, with evidence of acting as a PM on previous projects
