With a focus largely on the public sector, they currently predominantly offer their services to healthcare and education clients, supporting them in delivering value across their capital programmes and projects ensuring they make a positive and sustainable contribution to the built environment and social infrastructure. With 3 years of significant growth since the business was established, they are now looking to invest in their business by adding Cost Management as a third service line. Building on a number of initial commissions, the business is seeking an individual with drive and ambition to work with the current Associate Director to grow the service, delivering high quality cost and commercial management services to current and new clients with the ambition for it to become a core part of their business. They are looking at Associate or Director level individual who is excited by the opportunity to develop a best in class team from the ground up in collaboration with the current leadership team. It is anticipated that the individual will be chartered, has a good grounding in cost management, has managed a team, enjoys being client facing, managing accounts as well as being hands on with delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in either healthcare or education together with a range of experience in other complimentary sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced to join at the start of this journey and shape the trajectory of success. There is the opportunity to introduce policies, procedures, to build the right infrastructure for the cost management team via software, processes and grow a cost management team. An opportunity to participate in a share option scheme may be available.
