We put people first. It's all about you...We're looking for a dynamic, savvy Change Manager with Energy experience to join our Operational Change and Improvement Department. You will lead and manage various change projects from briefing through execution across our Operations function. The initial task is to oversee the Energy Transformation Programme that is imminent.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that bring us closer to achieving our business priorities. We are looking for someone who can manage these projects, roll up their sleeves, and get stuck in as/when they need to.
- You'll be an excellent Change Manager with previous experience delivering a major migration/energy transformation project.
- Must have experience within the energy sector
- Will have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, develop and execute project plans, lead readiness and develop mitigation plans
- Highly organised with an eye for detail - project planning and reporting will be second nature. Project management training desirable
- Working knowledge of resource & project management platforms (knowledge of Asana and Miro is a bonus)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
- Results-focused, with the capability to navigate through complexity, with demonstrable experience in problem-solving and creative thinking
- A strong influencer, who can table challenging conversations, with the ability to remove barriers along the way by gaining clear commitment
We deliver progress. What you'll do and how you will make an impact.- Plan and lead the delivery of change projects with a focus on our Energy business, making certain that the solutions achieve the right outcome for our business, our customers, our colleagues and our ability to serve
- You'll develop and execute cohesive change communication and engagement plans aligned with key business initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective messaging and develop and execute learning initiatives that will support with the launch of change projects
- You will deliver change to drive adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise employee engagement throughout the change journey.
- Ensure risk and control stakeholders are engaged with changes being delivered and are providing approvals and endorsement where required
- You'll plan, and deliver all change to time, cost and quality
- You'll foster a culture of change resilience across the Operations function.
- You will also support the coordination of 'business as usual' initiatives (e.g. price increase notifications / T&C changes) to ensure a seamless experience for customers and colleagues
- You will have the opportunity to have your own point of view and will be able to share it in the right forums
- Drive consistency of approach across projects; using efficient and effective tools and documents, embedding retro's and lessons learned
- Develop and manage comprehensive data capture, analysis, and reporting systems for insightful, trends and status reports
- Provide regular project status reports and proactively identify, track, mitigate and manage project risks and ensuring timely resolution escalation through change governance
- Establish strong relationships, communicating effectively across a wide range of cross-functional geographically distributed stakeholders, and vendors

Your team and the people you will work with...Working as part of the Operational Change and Improvement Department, and reporting to Operational Change Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting our change programmes across the business. Your Change colleagues are responsible for Process Improvement and you will have peer Change Leads. Your Comms colleagues are responsible for company wide communications.
