Role Overview: The Key Account Sales Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our relationships with key retail and wholesale partners. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth in line with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new partnerships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand messaging and promotional strategies. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account plans to the management team. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while fostering long-term partnerships. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the retail and wholesale sectors. - Preferred experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance industry, and luxury markets. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
