Administrator - Nottingham based - Hybrid - Full time We are looking for an Administrator to join our Real Estate energy team based in the Nottingham office, part of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group. The role will be part a specialist team whose clients are utility companies securing rights for their electricity, gas and water infrastructure. The wider team has a focus on renewable and flexible energy generation, advising on large-scale solar farms, battery storage and other energy-related property work. You will be providing a high quality service to the team, dealing with a variety of instructions and liaising with team members on a daily basis. Key duties: using a cloud-based case management system opening and closing electronic files liaising with the finance team to request the sending of and receipt of monies carrying out post completion administration including billing drafting Land Registry applications and carrying out Land Registry searches photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and collating documentation archiving, storage and retrieval of documentation (electronic and paper versions) providing general administration and organisation of paperwork to support transactions What you’ll need: taking pride in your role as an administrator to produce a high standard of work, sometimes under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail previous office administrative experience is desirable, or a willingness to learn prior real estate experience is not required for the role confidence with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel and cloud-based systems the ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others good communication skills with the confidence to liaise openly and clearly How we work: We embrace agile working and offer a blended approach to where and how we work.
