You will work with the executive team to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure that their technology is aligned with the core business objectives. You will be responsible for leading a team of chemists and engineers to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers Person’s specifications Essential: 10 years post PhD experience leading research team, ability to design and conduct research addressing fundamental scientific questions Experience managing team and budget. 5 years experience in chemistry or concrete chemistry, with a focus on mineral carbonation. Understanding carbonation mechanisms, and critical assessment of CO2 uptake Extensive experience in Carbon Dioxide Utilisation. Desirable: Experience in computational modelling Mineralisation of CO2 for various applications PI or co-PI on academic research projects or equivalent industrial experience.
