Building Services Manager M&E Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + travel expenses + package

Role Overview: The role will encompass M&E responsibilities for a range of developments, including commercial offices, mixed-use buildings, retail spaces, student accommodation, and hotels. You'll oversee the installation, commissioning, and compliance of all M&E services across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency, and safety.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Senior Building Services Management roles on projects valued £50m+.
Expertise in M&E design, installation, and commissioning.
Ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven track record in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
