Ecosurety are looking for an articulate, logical, and personable account manager, with strong organisational skills and the ability to absorb technical information, to deliver a high level of customer service to our members.
The account manager will be responsible for being the first point of contact with our members. The role will involve providing technical guidance, delivering excellent customer service to ensure member retention, adding value through consultative sales and efficient delivery of new services to existing members. The role will involve direct management of a large number of members. Working as part of the Client Services team, the ideal candidate will also be a strong team player and help support junior members, ensuring member retention, engagement, and growth.

Job Description
Account management of c. 50 members
Maximise sales opportunities and profitability of memberships, and identifying opportunities within the Helpdesk Membership
Respond to members’ enquiries for information, and sustain a high level of member satisfaction
Assisting/supporting Client Services Administrators with technical queries
Ensure regular contact with members, including onsite meetings around the UK as required
Ensure the member database and records are kept up to date
Manage/oversee members’ data submissions for regulatory deadlines
Deliver key messages to members about market factors that affect their business
Engage members in projects and campaigns Ecosurety are involved in
Plan and deliver professional training events

Package
Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026, full time
28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and the option to buy up to 5 more
