Supportive Leadership: Proven experience in guiding and managing engineering teams, creating an environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and shared success.
Strong Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with experience in mobile development, ideally with React Native and or Flutter
Strategic Vision: A thoughtful approach to shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with broader goals and encouraging innovative thinking.
Delivery Excellence: A history of delivering high-quality software solutions, demonstrating a commitment to meeting user needs and driving impactful outcomes.
Agile and Collaborative Practices: Advocates for agile methodologies and DevOps principles, championing continuous improvement, teamwork, and automation to enhance efficiency.

Location - London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB with travel to our other sites when required.
