Location: UK Wide with ad hoc travel to sites across Bristol, Bath, London and Midlands
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Head to join our team at Capgemini. The Delivery Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and services to our clients across multiple industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management skills and techniques, and a proven track record of successful, client-focused project delivery.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects or programs
• Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with client needs and Capgemini's business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, technical leads, and delivery professionals
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
• Manage client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisor
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and processes
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business development activities and proposal creation
• Ensure compliance with Capgemini's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects
• Report on project status, financials, and key performance indicators to senior management

What do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM or related field, or comparable experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology-based project delivery, with at least 8 years in senior delivery management roles
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects in diverse industries
• Strong understanding of various delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Experience with financial management and budgeting for large projects
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Relevant certifications such as APMPQ, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
