Key Responsibilities - Responsible for a fleet of over 300 and growing, ensure that all driver documentation is loaded to the system and up to date. Record any PCNs and fines. Keep accurate logs of fuel and mileage usage. Raise purchase orders for any vehicle maintenance works. Work collaboratively with the Compliance Manager & Tracker company - ensure that all cameras and kit is working effectively. Regularly audit vehicle excise duty. Produce telematics reports. Run monthly data reports on Dart Charge and Lorry London Zone. To Be Successful - Genuine team player who can use their own initiative. Basic knowledge of vehicle legislation. Highly organised and able to remain accurate when working at high volume. Thrives under deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Previous administration experience in a similar sector. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Syrinx and other digital platforms).
