The London Sustainable Development Commission (LSDC) was set up in 2002 to provide independent advice to the Mayor of London on making the capital a more sustainable city. The Commission is made up on 12-15 experts whose role is to promote integrated and innovative solutions, policies and programmes to create an environmentally sustainable city and deliver improvements in quality of life for everyone, now and in the future. Are you interested in joining a group of sustainability experts working to help London achieve the Mayors sustainability goals? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals at the heart of Londons sustainability and climate action, contributing to making London a resilient place to live and work. The LSDC aims to provide guidance on: Achieving a just transition to net zero Meeting the challenge of achieving environmentally sustainable growth of the economy in London that improves quality of life for all Londoners.
