You are ready to bring your clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for improvement to healthcare transformation. Key qualities include: clinical expertise combined with a strong understanding of the NHS landscape, policy, and challenges proven ability to work on strategy, change, and transformation projects in complex healthcare settings strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, service users, and NHS partners a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret information and use it to support decision-making and improvement initiatives a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, delivering results, and fostering collaborative relationships If you are motivated by improving patient care, keen to work in a consulting environment, and eager to develop innovative solutions for healthcare challenges, we want to hear from you.
