Location: Holborn, London Hybrid: minimum of 2 days in the office You will be reporting to the Relationship Director and VP of Relationship Management, working together to build strong relationships and support commercial growth across their insurance clientele. Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth across insurance customers. Develop strong relationships with existing customers through proactive engagement and effective communication. Demonstrate the value of our clients capabilities to influence decision-makers. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and timely customer satisfaction. Leverage industry expertise and client feedback to improve their insurance proposition. Maintain accurate customer information through effective CRM management. Create and develop client presentations and sales pitch materials. Requirements: A proven track record in Corporate Relationship Management with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an RM A proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio as well as achieving and exceeding revenue targets through consultative sales methods. Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for strategic decisions. Effective communicator with good listening skills. Ability to build and grow sustainable client relationships. Strong teamwork skills and customer-oriented focus. Passion for start-ups and a hands-on mentality.
