Head Baker £30,000-£35,000 Monday- Friday (Day time only) We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker to craft delicious, visually stunning baked goods for our nine stores using organic and sustainable ingredients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce a wide variety of baked goods using organic and natural ingredients. Develop and execute creative family recipes and innovative ideas that align with the companies product standards and the founders vision. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
