Location: North West England Salary: £30,750 - £33,750 per annum Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday MGF are currently seeking to recruit a Hire Systems Support to join the team to help manage, support and develop the Hire Management System (InspHire). Reporting to the Hire System Support Manager this critical role enables our Hire Controller, Stock, Transport and Technician teams to effectively use our Hire Management System. This role would suit existing application support analysts who have experience of Hire Management Systems or an experienced user of Hire Management Systems who feel they have the skills and personality to effectively support and train internal teams. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: ? Ongoing management and support of InspHire, ? Maintain documented procedures for all processes, ? Create suitable training materials for delivery to end users and/or for users to self train, ? Deliver training on site in person and/or via video conference as required, ? Provide end user support to our Hire Desk Controller based around the country, ? Provide support at stocktakes to ensure quality, ? Process the Companies invoice runs, ? Maintaining InspHire availability and stability, ? Pro-actively monitoring InspHire, ? Take ownership of issues through to remediation, ? Thoroughly test new releases before deployment, ? Keeping asset and issue tracking systems up to date, ? Troubleshooting issues in a timely manner, ? Assist the Hire System Support Manager in their duties. To Achieve This, You Will Need: ? A minimum of 2 years' experience using or supporting Hire Systems, ? Experience of training material creation and delivery, ? A professional manner with good communication and people skills, ? Ability to prioritise workload and work proactively to meet to tight deadlines, ? Motivated self-starter with good administration, problem solving, and organisation skills, ?
