London is now entering a new cycle of activity, driven by significant shifts in London's sectoral strengths, labour supply, spatial patterns, the nature of work and the climate emergency. However, we cannot take for granted that our city will thrive. To support London & Partners mission to create economic growth, we are recruiting a Director of Policy & Impact to lead a new team within the Strategy Directorate, supporting the Managing Director.

We are seeking an ambitious, creative thinker and thoughtful leader, with a strong background in policy. You will set a clear impact and insights strategy that collates and brings together data and evidence, analysing it effectively to tell a compelling story of impact. You will have a clear understanding of, and background in, the policy development field, drive performance and impact, and be able to anticipate policy developments coming down the line.

As part of this work, you will develop excellent relationships with decision-makers and policy influencers to grow our impact for London, and as the lead for our thought leadership positioning, you will also improve or scale existing activity and develop new products and services. Above all, you will have the presence to engage and inspire at all levels, with a rigorous, evidence-led and values-driven approach.
