Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Are you an experienced finance leader looking for a dynamic role in a growing, multi-site organization? My client is seeking a highly motivated Chief Finance Officer to oversee and manage all financial aspects of their Trust, ensuring sound financial decision-making and compliance with statutory regulations. This role offers true flexibility, where the successful candidate will be required to visit Head Office and the Trust schools once a month. About the Role: As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, Governors, and other key stakeholders to deliver strategic financial leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Driving financial planning, risk management, and sustainable growth. Budgets, forecasting, reporting, audit and finance oversight. Building and leading a high-performing finance team. Ensuring effective financial systems and compliance across the Trust. Supporting the development of strategic business and growth plans. About You: You will have: A relevant professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Proven experience in financial leadership, managing large budgets, and driving organizational change. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
