Category Management & Risk Mitigation: Advance procurement strategies aligned with market trends, sustainability, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program. Monitor and mitigate third-party risks in collaboration with the Procurement Performance Lead. Drive procurement transformation initiatives, inspiring teams and stakeholders. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing procurement team. Build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers to unlock value through continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience in supplier management programs or senior supply chain management roles within complex, global organizations. Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. MCIPS or project management qualifications preferred.
