Due to the nature of the projects a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, orexperience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes would be preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities Developing technical and functional design solutions Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications Engaging with clients and design teams and coordinating detailed design information Ensuring technical and regulatory compliance, including the golden thread Qualifications & Required Skills A fully qualified architectural technician or technologist Minimum 1-3 years post qualification experience Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit) Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK Preferred skills Proven experience working on projects across multiple sectors Excellent communication and task management skills A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places Experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes Track record in UK projects £10M and above Apply today!
