Our user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) automates administrative processes and optimises planning. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Legal and Compliance Lead to join our team for a Q1 start date (Feb-March 2025). The Role: As our Legal & Compliance Lead, you'll be the primary owner of our data privacy and commercial compliance roadmap. You'll work closely with our Head of Finance and key stakeholders to build scalable legal processes that support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and enhance our legal framework, including GDPR policies, privacy policies, and commercial agreements. Implement scalable legal processes that support the fast-paced growth of the company. Lead customer contract management and support the sales team in commercial discussions. Develop and maintain our Global data protection structure. Provide company-wide training on GDPR and ensure privacy compliance Partner with external law firms for specialist advice as needed Support various strategic initiatives including fundraising due diligence and geographic expansion planning What we're looking for: 3-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environment (essential) Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently What we offer: Competitive salary package Hybrid and flexible working arrangement based in London Holborn Career growth opportunities as the first legal hire within a rapidly growing company, offering significant responsibility and ownership.
