You will oversee projects from concept through to completion, mentoring junior engineers while liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical engineering aspects of building services projects. Develop conceptual and detailed designs using advanced tools such as Revit and CAD. Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborate with other disciplines, including mechanical and structural teams, to deliver integrated solutions. Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet their requirements. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings . Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and sustainability practices. About You: We are looking for someone with a passion for engineering excellence and a proven track record in building services design and leadership . Key Skills and Experience: A degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Chartered status or working towards it (CEng preferred). Extensive experience in building services design across sectors such as commercial, residential, or healthcare. Proficiency with design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard electrical design tools . Strong knowledge of UK regulations and standards . Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainability.
