As an Agile Senior Project Manager my transferable skill set enables me to be agile, with many years of experience you learn to wear various hats depending on the requirement at the time. For instance, you may act as scrum master, team coach, business analyst and project manager according to what the situation and needs are at any one time, I am able to focus on managing a programme of projects, ensuring that solutions not only meet user needs but also align with the overarching business strategy.

During my recent roles the teams I worked with were fully remote, operating from different parts of the UK to deliver programme of projects. As an Agile senior project manager, it was my responsibility to lead on operational and delivery projects, being the single point of contact for stakeholders, Internal teams, and third-party agencies. I managed project plans with milestones and objectives to keep track of budgets, the progress of projects and communications. I organised regular meetings with teams and work collaboratively regardless of location.

Sectors and clients include Local and Central Government (UKHSA), NHS, Pharma, Energy, Digital, Media. I am a doer from a diverse career background with excellent project management experience, strong logistics and operations experience.
