About the Company

With operations spanning two legal entities across five geographic markets—and plans for further expansion—they are positioned for dynamic growth. To achieve our ambitious goals, Carron Connected are seeking a forward-thinking Managing Director to lead our clients business into its next phase of success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust business strategy to position products effectively in competitive markets and ensure sustainable growth.

Sales Channel Expansion: Identify and establish new sales channels, both online and offline, to maximise revenue opportunities across existing and new markets.

E-commerce Excellence: Drive online sales performance through innovative strategies, ensuring seamless customer experience and alignment with market trends.

Market Positioning: Optimise product positioning and branding to meet the unique demands of diverse markets, enhancing visibility and desirability.

Operational Management: Oversee stock management and distribution across multiple entities and geographic markets, ensuring efficiency and minimising waste.

Growth Management: Plan and oversee the integration of new geographic markets, adapting operations to meet local requirements and customer expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• A strong track record of successfully launching and managing sales channels in multi-market operations. • Expertise in online sales strategies, digital marketing, and optimising e-commerce platforms. • Deep understanding of market positioning, branding, and customer behaviour in diverse regions. • Operational skills in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimisation. • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, assess profitability, and report to stakeholders. • Visionary leadership with the capacity to scale operations, enter new markets, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
