Responsibilities

Demand Planning: Develop and implement integrated demand planning strategies across retail, wholesale, and partnership channels to align demand forecasts with Hypervolt's growth trajectory.
Channel Coordination: Manage cross-functional collaboration, working with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure all channels meet shared company objectives.
Forecasting & Analytics: Leverage data analytics to refine demand forecasts, identifying trends and coordinating inventory planning for optimal product availability.
Leadership: Lead a team of operations and admin personnel, managing demand alignment across Hypervolt's supply chain and operational structure.
Process Optimisation: Drive efficiency in demand planning processes, managing resources to ensure smooth product distribution and fulfilment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or operational leadership within a high-growth, consumer-focused environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, inventory management, and channel planning.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, capable of uniting teams around a shared demand vision.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth setting and support long-term operational scaling.
Minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced manufacturing business.
