Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development and implementation of nature risk solution applications, contributing to the protection of biodiversity and environmental sustainability.
Lead the creation and execution of sales plans for our innovative solutions in Japan and East Asia, expanding our presence in the market.
Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing customer inquiries about risk assessment methods and the application of nature risk solutions.
Plan and develop new solutions to address the ever-growing risks related to nature and biodiversity.
Promote AIOI R&D Lab’s nature-related initiatives, fostering collaboration with MS & AD Group companies to drive innovation.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

Natural Capital & Biodiversity Expertise: Deep knowledge of biodiversity, environmental disclosures, and frameworks like TNFD and TCFD. Experience engaging with external organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders in this field.
Product Planning & Development: A strong track record of turning customer needs into innovative product solutions, working collaboratively with partners to bring them to market.
Sales & Marketing Skills: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and proposals, with a particular focus on Japanese companies. Strong communication skills to explain complex scientific concepts to customers.
Education & Language Skills: A Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., natural capital, environmental science) is preferred. Fluent in both Japanese and English, with the ability to engage in professional discussions.
IT Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT systems with a keen interest in adopting new technologies to improve work processes.
