12 month FTC - National Account Manager - Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include: • Be an inspirational leader by demonstrating the 3E’s behaviours consistently and increasing internal networks. • Build and execute a structured approach to developing and delivering a new business pipeline focusing on the opportunities that will make the most material difference. • Consistently demonstrate the best on class negotiation to develop existing accounts in a manner that is commercially sustainable. • Develop world Class Customer relationships demonstrating the benefits of Muller over and above price. • Develop your people management skills, by working effectively with your immediate team and support functions • Be a customer and category expert, bringing that knowledge into the Muller business • Ensure back of house internal and external admin/reporting is accurate • Internal management of all support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category and Controlling to ensure efficient management of the customer internally and externally
