Your Role: As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects for recognised registered social landlords. Reporting to the Construction Director, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Implementing rigorous health and safety measures, particularly in occupied social housing environments.
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Your Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

Previous experience working on occupied social housing refurbishments is essential.
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
