Job Description Summary

As Head of Securitisation & Specialist Non-Bank Financial Institutions Credit, youll inspire and lead a team of Credit Officers managing a growing portfolio, including Securitisation, Specialist Finance, Clearing Houses, Exchanges, and Intermediaries. Youll design and deliver Sector Strategies, Credit Policies, and Processes to manage your portfolio.

Were looking for a trusted business partner who can build strong relationships with key partners. As a senior leader, you will have development opportunities in your role as deputy for the Director, FI Credit, supporting the Credit and Business teams in resolving issues across all FI Credit sectors.

FI Credit is a collaborative and innovative environment focused on risk management and building sustainable client relationships.

Responsibilities

Youll be empowered to set Sector Strategies and Risk-Appetite for your portfolio and lead regular portfolio monitoring discussions with our Coverage partners. You will act as a Material Risk Taker (MRT).

Experience Required

Significant experience across multiple FI Credit sectors.
Held senior Credit Authority and led credit teams.
Experience in leading reviews and meetings with regulators.
Experience of presenting at Board level.
Experience of structured performance management of team members.
Sound knowledge of key portfolio sectors, trends, and regulation.
Excellent product knowledge of derivatives, lending, and Securitisation structures.
Experience in negotiating lending, derivatives, and Securitisation documentation.
A passion for change, automation, and simplification.
Strong social skills to build trusted relationships with business partners.
