Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the dynamic team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage multiple phase developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and manage all aspects of the construction process.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly with multiple phase developments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license.
