We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Barking Hospital, London The salary is starting from £30,000 plus £3,000 car allowance.
The hours of this role are Wednesday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 this will include flexible working.
This is a part time, permanent position and is part of a job share.
The colleague will need to be able to go to site at any given moment as this role can be quite reactive the role will be covering properties in Redbridge. FM experience is needed and an IOSH qualificiation is desirable.
A driving licence will be required for this role.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
This is a blended role of property management and facilities management. We're looking for good customer service and good rapport building with customers as the estates coordinator position is the first point of contact for people onsite.
