Key Responsibilities:

Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1 to 6 for multiple projects.

Oversee all day-to-day operations of your assigned projects, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with directors and external consultants to deliver design packages that meet client requirements.

Ensure that all designs comply with company standards, project specifications, and local regulations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate external consultants to ensure timely delivery of required documents and drawings.

Provide regular updates on project progress and manage any revisions or delays to keep projects on track.
Skills and Experience:

RIBA Part 3 and minimum 2 years post-Part 3 experience.

Experience using AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment, with a solid understanding of BIM.

Strong technical skills, with experience in design coordination and project management.

Knowledge of the design and procurement process, with an ability to coordinate a team through all design stages.

Proven experience with planning and building control processes.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A genuine interest in sustainability and innovation within architecture.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Private Practice (minimum of 5 years).

Understanding of CDM regulations.

Revit and AutoCAD certifications (desirable but not essential).

ARB Registration (essential).
