Senior Associate Technical Consultant This is an exciting opportunity to join Worley Consulting within the Upstream, Midstream and LNG team. Worley Consulting specializes in early-stage engagement with clients and study work. You'll be: Owning key client accounts and developing new opportunities Owning delivery of projects with responsibility for safe execution, scope delivery, legal compliance, and financial performance Standing in for the Regional Director internally and externally Leading client engagements and project execution covering subject areas such as: Technical and commercial due diligence on behalf of financial institutions and owners Re-purposing of assets for low carbon and renewable energy vectors Identification of decarbonisation pathways for customers Asset and portfolio optimisation to reduce carbon footprint Traditional greenfield and brownfield upstream and midstream (including terminals, shipping, and pipelines) developments specializing in low carbon fuels (including LNG) and renewables Developing future talent through on-the-job development and mentoring Supporting the growth of the consulting business and assisting with commercial and strategic development activities You'll have: Several years of relevant experience but open to being challenged Demonstrable senior-level leadership experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders Confidence to operate in technical and commercial decision-making discussions at all levels of a client organization Familiarity with a consulting business commercial approach (high margin, lower billability) Relevant technical or business degree (i.e., engineering) Advanced degrees viewed favorably Based in EU, with flexible 'home' office location.
