The overall purpose of the role is to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing provision of an innovative and effective in-house contractor team, delivering a high standard of service to Soha residents and will be responsible for all areas of management in running the day-to-day business, managing challenging KPIs, and reporting to the subsidiary and main boards. You will be a member of Soha’s Senior Leadership team contributing towards the strategic direction and leadership of Soha. It is essential that successful candidates bring a proven track record in successfully leading a commercial repairs and maintenance service, having a sound understanding of the built environment with a background in reactive, planned, statutory, and non-statutory preventative maintenance programmes. They have a good understanding of current compliance and regulatory requirements within social housing and significant proven performance in senior related roles.
